2022 Cooperator Of The Year

Every year, the Conservation District, with the help of NRCS, chooses a local producer who is implementing Conservation Practices on their land, and deserves to be recognized for it. This year, we went a little different route. Our beloved Sanders County MSU Extension Agent, Wendy Carr has been battling cancer while working and taking care of the entire County. She does it all! She has brought numerous classes and tours to the County, started 3rd Grade Ag Days for every 3rd Grade aged kid in Sanders County, brings bio-control agents here, and so much more. Her dedication to agriculture, conservation, education, and the ranching lifestyle is something we thought should be honored. Congratulations and thank you, Wendy!
